This week, we are delighted to introduce you to our Business Support Coordinator, Karen Kennedy.
How long have you worked at Rhinowash?
Tell us about what you do at Rhinowash
I have quite a varied role here at Rhinowash which is great as no day is ever the same! Predominantly, I support the sales side of the business which involves everything from creating quotes to putting orders on the system, to generating the sales paperwork. The other half of my job is dealing with our lovely customers, helping to arrange deliveries, logging requests for our engineers, ordering consumables and reviewing payments.

Busy, challenging, and fast-paced
What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
When I’m not at work, you are most likely to find me at the gym or doing my fitness classes. My weekends are for socialising with friends and family. I’m a bit of a foodie, so if there’s somewhere new to try that serves sweet stuff, I’ll be there.
If you could swap places with anyone for a day, who would that be?
A rich singer or dancer.
